Return Scenarios

Delivered Orders:

For Change of Mind returns: Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to return items for any reason. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

 

For defective or non-conforming items: If you receive items with material defects, quality problems, or that significantly differ from their description, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. We will cover all return shipping costs once we confirm the issue.

 

Undelivered Orders:

If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it, you must provide supporting documentation to our support team proving non-delivery. Once we verify your claim, we will arrange for a replacement shipment or issue a full refund. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of the carrier's recorded delivery confirmation.

1. Eligibility Requirements

l Sale items (including swimwear, lingerie, beauty products, accessories, and party wear) are final and cannot be returned.

l For a refund or exchange, all other items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

 

2. Starting Your Return

l Eligible Items: Initiate returns via our [email protected]. Include your order number, email address, the items being returned, and the reason.

l Damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact Customer Support immediately at [email protected]. Do not use the standard online process for these issues.

 

3. Return Shipping & Fees

l You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping with your chosen carrier.

l Include a commercial invoice stating your order number inside the package. Keep proof of tracking and insurance.

l Original shipping charges, import duties and taxes are non-refundable.

 

4. Packaging Your Return

l Place the printed packing slip inside the return package.

l Securely seal the box after removing any old shipping labels.

l Caution: Only include items listed in your approved return request. Sale items, non-tendasalu products, or unapproved items will be discarded without credit.

 

5. Refund Processing

l You must request a refund within 3 days of confirmed delivery. Requests submitted after this period cannot be processed.

l Approved refunds are typically processed within 3—5 business days. The time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

 

Special Circumstances 

If you refuse a package at delivery, a refund will only be issued after we inspect the returned goods at our warehouse. Original shipping fees are non-refundable in these cases.

 

You must obtain return authorization from us before sending any items back. Returns shipped without explicit authorization may be refused, and you will be responsible for all related costs.

 

We reserve the right to deny returns if we reveal excessive wear or damage beyond normal handling, signs of misuse or failure to follow care instructions, or evidence of fraud or policy violations.
